Also, so you don't think that you are losing it, they did in fact say: "Fearless fire fighters finish a furry February with a flourish." Alliteration is apparently making a comeback.

For those of you that got to watch it live you were lucky enough to see the banter between the two anchors after the story. It went something like:

Traci Capellman: "So 'Ron Burgandy-Wanna-Be', did we ever find out who won the best mustache award?"

Ron Burgandy-Wanna-Be: "No we didn't, but I am sure that it was not Chris!" *hardy*har*har*

Traci Capellman: "Well at least he tried..."
